工会在劳动争议调解中作用的思考

随着社会主义市场经济体制的建立和发展,劳动关系发生了深刻的变化,建立在计划经济体制之上的劳动争议调解制度在现实中受到越来越大的挑战,迫切需要对这一制度进行修改和完善。秦皇岛、青岛、宜兴等地在实践中创造的法院、仲裁机关委托工会调解劳动争议的做法,已经对现行劳动争议调解制度进行了大胆的突破,亟待研究和总结。

A Thinking of Trade Union''''s Role in Mediating Labor Disputes

Along with the building up and development of socialist market economy system,labor relations changed a lot in China.The system of labor dispute mediation built on the system of planning economy is facing more and more challenges.It need be recomposed and promoted.In some cities like Qinhuangdao,Qingdao and Yixing,new practices of court and arbitration organs entrust trade union to mediate labor disputes.As an experiment and a break through of current labor dispute mediation system,we should research on and summarize it.
