| 摘 要： | 通常所言的法官是指具有独特性格的法律人,但在职业化背景下,法官最基本的性格应当是专业、中立、独立。而当前我国司法实践中的法官缺乏这些应有的基本性格。因此,在我国,重塑法官性格对实现法官职业化来说尤其重要。
