| 摘 要： | 目的探讨阴茎体感诱发电位(DNSEP)在法医鉴定中的应用价值。方法选取15例确诊勃起功能障碍(erectile dysfunction,ED)患者与13例正常人进行回顾性分析。结果 ED患者P40、N50及P60潜伏期延长、P40波幅下降,与正常对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P0.05)。结论阴茎体感诱发电位能较为客观地评价受检者是否存在阴茎勃起的神经通路损伤,可作为法医鉴定的辅助检查手段。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the forensic application value of DNSEP.Methods 15 patients diagnosed with erectile dysfunction(ED) and 13 normal controls were analyzed retrospectively.Results The latencies of wave P40,N50 and P60 in the ED patients prolonged,the amplitude of wave P40 decreased.There were significant differences compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion DNSEP can evaluate ED due to neural pathway damages objectively,which can be regarded as an auxiliary diagnosis index for forensic identification. |
