| 摘 要： | A NATO summit was held on April 2-4 of this year in Bucharest, the capital of Romania. It was the last meeting the U.S. President George W. Bush attended in his presidential term. The outgoing Russian President A. Putin, also took part in the ＂NATO-Russia Council＂ meeting. Therefore, this summit attracted particular attention.
