| 摘 要： | 对缓刑犯适用剥夺政治权利是剥夺政治权利的适用中一个较为特殊的情形。本文认为,对缓刑犯可以适用剥夺 政治权利,对缓刑犯适用的剥夺政治权利宜从判决确定之日起执行和计算刑期。
