构建社会主义经济和谐既是社会主义市场制度不断完善的过程,又是产业结构高度化,二元经济结构向现代经济结构过渡的过程;构建和谐的社会主义经济与现存制度的冲突主要表现在与基本经济制度相配套的具体制度安排的缺失以及对“三农”进行保护和支持的可持续发展的、有效率的机制的缺乏。探求建立符合社会主义价值原则而且与现代产权制度相兼容的新型所有制,是解决当前矛盾的可行路径。
