军队对台宣传是争取人心的政治工作，以是否有利于争取军心民心、反对分裂和加强两岸交流为主要标准，坚持综合性、全方位和系统的动态评价原则，采用宏观与微观相结合、定性与定量相结合、横向与纵向相结合等具体评价方法，可以提高效果评价的客观性

On the Evaluation of the Effect of the Military Propaganda to Taiwan

Military propaganda to Taiwan is a political work to win over the feelings of the people ,whose principal standards are whether it is favourable to the feelings of the armymen and of the people,and that it is favourable to the fight against splittism and to the enhancement of the exchange between the both sides of the Strait. It can improve the objectivity of the evaluation of the effect to stick to the principle of evaluating comprehensively,systematically and dynamically and to use the evaluating methods of combining macroscale with microscale,combining the quality with the quantity,and combining verticalness with horizontalness.
