| Abstract: | Chen hongmou was an important court official of Qing dynasty during Kangxi and Qianlong periods.He carried on the rule of "Officials should benefit the people" and got a lot political achievement.He was a typical scholar official and applied a policy of benevolence and "people first".He was a prominent statesman and thinker. |
