| Abstract: | The administrative compensation, a mainly component part of state compensation,shoulders the responsibility of compensation for the sake of government functionary's abusing official right or infringement upon the right of the citizen. The paper compares and analyses the situation of responsibilities, execution, procedures and system of administrative compensation on both coasts of the Taiwan Strait. |
