| 摘 要： | "东突"恐怖威胁的长期性主要表现在:"东突"在组织上并未被彻底摧毁,其积蓄力量、伺机而动、进一步整合的趋势明显;"东突"的思想理论体系并没有得到彻底的清算,其赖以生存的土壤依然存在;以美国为首的西方国家坚持反恐双重标准是对"东突"的极大纵容,在国际上打击"东突"势力的形势依然严峻。
