论以“三个代表”为指导 推动高校组织工作的创新

本文通过党组织工作的地位、任务和高校党建工作的现状及面临的挑战,论述了“三个代表”思想是适应时代需要,解决时代课题的理论创新。因此,要用“三个代表”思想推动高校在基层组织建设、干部队伍建设和组工干部观念上的创新。

Let the Theory of Three Represents as a Guide to Push Forward the Creativeness of the Organization Construction in Colleges and Universities

By relating the international and domestic situation and the Party's organization working position,tasks, challenge and status of Party's construction in university,this thesis expound that Three Represents is a theory creation to suit the needs of the present age and solve the problems of the age and bring forth new ideas of Party's organization construction in university in the fields of basic organization construction,selection of cadres and the ideas of Party's or- ganizing persons by using the thought of Three Represents.
