| 摘 要： | 侦查对策作为我国侦查科学体系的核心内容,在我国侦查破案活动中占有十分突出的位置,但在实践中曾出现将其与犯罪对策相混淆的情况,一度影响到我国侦查对策的理论研究和发展。对侦查对策的研究和探讨,有利于侦查机关在为全面建设小康社会保驾护航中,发挥更加积极主动的作用。

| Abstract: | Inve stigating countermeasure,as a kernel content of detection scientific system in o ur country,possess supereminent position in detection and cracking a criminal c ase,but there existed instance that confused it with crime countermeasure,once influence on theoretical investigation and developing of investigation counterme asure.In this article,we discussed systemically the concept,assortment?effect,p rinciple?application program and methods of investigation countermeasure,in the hope of exerting aggressiveness effects for actualizing modernization of detect ion work and constructing affluent society. |
