| 摘 要： | 2010年中央一号文件提出要“着力解决新生代农民工问题”，这说明新生代农民工这个庞大的群体已经引起中央的重视。针对新生代农民工存在的自卑、孤僻、逆反等不良心理，我们必须通过打破体制性障碍，探索有效的教育途径，发挥家庭、学校和社会的合力作用等对策解决新生代农民工的心理问题。

| Abstract: | No. 1 document of the Central Committee proposes that ＇we should make effort to solve the problem of new generation of peasant workers＇, which shows the Central Committee＇ s high attention to such the great group. According to their unhealthy psychology of inferiority, unsociability and reverse reaction, we should break through the systematic obstacle, explore effective education way and play comprehensive function of family, school and society to settie the problem. |
