The Present Situations,Causes and Countermeasures of Chinese Farmers'' Crimes

Currently,in Chinese farmers' crimes,crimes committed by farmers who enter cities become more and more serious. The immoral power crimes are rampant in the countryside and they are infiltrating into economic area. The initiative causes of Chinese farmers' crimes are: the collapse of traditional moral in the countryside, the low educational level, the decrease of ideological and moral level and vicious expansion of individual desire. Also, we have the objective causes, they are: the unhealthy social and legal environment in the countryside, the decline of political power function of the country. To deal with this situation, we should take various measures, such as: strengthen the construction of political power and spiritual civilization, lay stress on administration, perfect legislation and develop economic, etc.
