体验式教学在干部教育培训中的应用研究

摘    要:当前的干部教育培训教学方面存在教学方法比较单一、内容针对性不强等问题。体验式教学突破了传统的教学模式,符合干部的认知特点,有利于学员增强党性,锤炼意志,培养团队精神,有利于提高创新能力与实践能力。本文通过总结、归纳体验式教学实践与教学类型,分析存在的问题,提出了开展体验式教学应注意的环节。

Abstract:Problems such as monotone teaching method and inadequate pertinence of content exist in the cadre education and training at present.Through reforming the traditional teaching mode,experiencing-based teaching meets the traits of cadre in cognition and it is favorable for the trainees to increase party spirit,hammer their will and cultivate the team spirit,and enhance the abilities of innovation and practice.This paper summarizes the practice and types of experiencing-based teaching,analyzes the problems,and figures out several points need attention in carrying out experiencing-based teaching.
