创新商业贿赂治理机制研究

尽管目前我国已初步建立起商业贿赂的治理机制,但受传统治理理念的影响,商业贿赂治理机制并未凸显独立价值,而治理依据滞后、治理对象标准模糊,治理环节的外在性造成治理措施难以落实、治理效率无法提高的窘境.因此,完善我国商业贿赂治理机制必须着手于治理机制的创新.在更新治理理念、完善治理体制的基础上,明确治理对象,健全治理依据,最终形成以国家为主导的社会共同治理模式.
