| 摘 要： | 文章围绕国家和贵州省确定的现阶段战略性新兴产业构成，结合贵阳的资源优势、基础条件和现实状况，研究了贵阳市发展战略性新兴产业的思路，并从产业园区建设、法规配套扶持、科技创新体制建设、产品市场培育、人才储备等七个方面提出了贵阳发展战略性新兴产业的对策建议。

| Abstract: | Based on the constitution of strategic emerging industries on both provincial and national level, this article discusses the possibilities of developing such industry sectors, local resource advantages and present situations in Guiyang. It is suggested that relevant countermeasures include industrial zone construction, legislation and policy support, human resources reserve, etc. |
