| 摘 要： | 在文献梳理基础上,提出从3个维度测量政府投资项目成功、14个因素影响政府投资项目成功的假设,并以绍兴为例进行实证,通过相关分析、结构方程分析和回归分析发现,提出的假设认同度较高,14个因素是影响政府投资项目成功的关键因素。最后提出建议:1.建立政府投资项目成功评价体系;2.合理安排政府投资项目投向;3.加强政府官员教育;4.项目实施方要提高项目管理水平。
