| Abstract: | The analysis of the model of multi-level delegation in the management of state assets indicates that due to the absence of a proper and scientific system, multi-level delegation has become one of the origins of corruption generated in state assets management. From the above point of view, this article puts forward several suggestions on how to handle and regulate multi-level delegation in state assets management, especially on how to guard against and constrain corruption through the development of a proper and scientific system. |
