| 摘 要： | 对时代的准确把握 ,是理解当今纷繁复杂的世界及其未来发展趋势的关键 ,亦是每个马克思主义执政党对其发展道路作出正确战略和策略选择的必要前提。本文以越南为个案 ,试图分析越南共产党人在当今世界局势发生新的变动之后 ,是如何认识当今时代的性质 ,并在此基础上创造性地构建越南国家应该具有的发展战略 ,以期从中得到一些有益的启示。一越南共产党认为 ,每个国家 ,每个民族 ,首先是每一个共产党———马列主义的党都必须懂得自己正生活在一个什么样的时代 ,这个时代有什么特点 ,有什么基本矛盾 ,其发展方向如何 ,以便选择一个正确的、符…

| Abstract: | How to better grasp the essence and nature of the era is not only the key to understand the complicated world and its present developmental trend but also the necessary premise to the fight choice of its strategy and tactics for a Marxist ruling party. Through a case study of Vietnam, the thesis attempts to analyze how the Communist Party of Vietnam understands the nature of the present era and then on its understanding as a base, how it constructs its developmental strategy when the world becomes changeable and complicated. |
