| 摘 要： | 加强党风廉政建设,从根本上杜绝腐败现象的发生,促进党风建设的根本好转,已经成为社会主义新时期党建的一项长期而艰巨的任务.加强党风建设的根本出发点应当是加强对党员干部的个人修养教育,提高党员干部的个人素质,从源头上杜绝腐败现象的发生,实现党风建设"标本兼治"中"本"的治理.

| Abstract: | Strengthening the building of the Party's style and our fight against corruption and promoting the style to take a fundamental lavourable turn have already been a long-term, arduous task of the building of the Party in the new socialist era. So, a basic starting point for strengthening the building of the Party's style should strengthen the Party members and cadres' self-cultivation, promote their quality, fight against corruption and realize to seek both temporary and permanent solutions while focusing on the permanent solution in the building of the Party's style. |
