| Abstract: | In order to make the decision-making more successful,the decision-makers of the local government should bring into full play the wisdom of the masses to make the decision-making of the local government more democratic;should follow the principles and the procedures of making decisions scientifically to make the decision-making of the local government more scientific and should set the decision-making under the legal surveillance restriction to make the local government make decisions by law. |
