| Abstract: | As one kind of professional crime that occurs in the market economy field, the crime of intermediary organizations presents some characteristics different from general crimes. Only by the organic combination of strict normalization in advance and the rigorous sanctions afterwards can this sort of crime be effectively prevented and controlled. |
