| 摘 要： | 入世后 ,企业参与全球性竞争 ,竞争的激烈程度加剧 ,对企业信息工作的要求也随之提高 ,竞争情报工作成为企业信息工作的核心。本文从不同角度分析了企业对竞争情报的需求 ,提出了建立一个有效的竞争情报系统的基本步骤及竞争情报开发利用的基本方法和策略。
