行政立法程序违法责任体系之构建

在我国,对行政立法程序及违法责任构建的研究相对欠缺,应当从行政立法程序的违法过程及违法责任类型入手,探究适用于行政立法程序的纠正机制,构建行政立法程序违法责任体系,从而保证行政立法的顺利进行。

Construct Responsibility System of Breach of Administrative Legislative Procedural Law

In our country,the study on Administrative Procedure Law is conducting for a long time,but the study on administrative legislative procedure is limited,not to metion the construction of the illegality liability in administrative legislative procedure.There are three parts in this thesis：the first is about the illegalitive situation of administrative legislative procedure;the second is about the illegalitive category of administrative legislative procedure;the third is about how to inquire the responsibility.
