| 摘 要： | 我国政府采购制度存在功能定位不清、采购范围过窄、法律供给不足、采购方式程序不规范、纠纷解决制度不合理等问题.因应加入GPA,应合理界定采购范围,建立健全法律体系,规范采购方式程序,完善救济制度.

| Abstract: | Since there exist problems such as unclear function,narrow scope,insufficient legal supply,nonstandard procedures and unreasonable dispute settlement system in its government procurement legal system,China should sign the GPA to prefect its procurement scope,legal system and procedures as well as relief system. |
