Interests Analysis in Policy Analysis and Its Influence of Public Policy

The interest analysis is the main method of public policy analysis.As the analysis object,interest resources can inevita- bly have certain influence to the public policy formulation,the implementation and the consequence.Based on the different characteris- tic which the interest resources presents between the resources owner and in beneficiary's interacting relations and the different role which the interest resources takes on in the policy process,the interest resources is divided into the monopolizing resources,the mar- ketability resources and the unusual resources.
