| 摘 要： | 国有资本退出是实现国有经济布局和结构战略性调整、提高国有经济竞争力的重要途径,但由于思想观念、政策法规、现行体制及经济支付能力等诸多因素影响,国资退出步伐缓慢。因此,必须有针对性地采取多种措施,促进这项改革顺利进展,取得成效。

| Abstract: | It is important path to realize state-owned economy layout with construction strategy adjust, increases state-owned economic competitiveness that state-owned capital withdraw, but because of thought idea, policy laws, current system and economies pay ability etc. many factors affects, the state-owned capital withdraws slowness. Therefore, must adopt various measure,promoting this reformation the smooth making progress and acquisition result. |
