| Abstract: | Using the example of a recent case, we examine the possibilities of trace analysis and fire protection techniques in the investigation of fire deaths. The effective cooperation between forensic pathologists and fire inspectors is presented and we discuss the mathematical-physical uses of fire simulation calculations. We review the trace analysis results and discuss the variety of technical possibilities of modern engineering techniques for fire protection. |
