从中国大陆角度看国共平台的定位

国共平台建立六年来,在促进两岸关系和平发展方面扮演了重要的角色,发挥了重要的作用。国民党执政后,官方授权的海协会与海基会协商平台得到恢复,国共平台存在的必要性受到在野的民进党及一些社会舆论的质疑。本文特从中国大陆的角度,从论述与实践两个面向对国共平台进行了考察,认为该平台在两党关系的特殊背景下,为两岸人民搭起一座沟通、理解与互动的桥梁,为两岸关系从对立走向和平、从内耗走向合作发展双赢,起了奠基、引导、调节和保障的作用。中国大陆始终高度重视国共平台的作用,不因国民党在野或执政而有所改变。国民党重新执政后,国共平台与两会平台＂相辅相成,同时发挥作用＂。在新的历史时期,国共平台的作用只会加强不会削弱,必将继续担当＂推动两岸和平发展的中流砥柱＂的大任。
