加强企业法制教育 完善企业法制建设

法制教育对发展社会主义市场经济、推动生产力发展、维护社会稳定具有重要意义,良好的法制教育是企业持续健康发展的重要保障。实践中,由于企业对法制教育重视程度不够,缺乏经常性、规范性;教育内容生硬老套,形式单调枯燥,缺乏多样性、实践性;教育者素质偏低,缺乏稳定性、专业性,因此,加强企业法制教育,必须提高企业对法制教育重要性的认识,明确教育目标和任务;强化法制教育的现实性和实践性,实现教育思路、内容和形式的新突破;把提高教育者的素质作为法制教育的基础工程抓紧抓牢,并且要不断发挥领导干部的表率作用。
