| 摘 要： | 法律职业是令人向往的,收入高固然为原因之一,而更重要的则是法律与正义同在,因而成为众多学子高考之首选.如何把这些学子培养成为合格的法律专门人才,这是法学教育面临的首要课题.为此,本文对当前法学教学的目标、方法、内容以及课程安排等逐一加以剖析,并从观念和操作层面提出改进意见.
