| Abstract: | We can learn from the experiences of the developed countries in financial support for peasants. Though different from the national situation of our country, these countries has provided some enlightenments, such as subsidy policy, support policy, legislation support ,payment policy and public policy, for the institutional innovation in the rural areas of our country. |
