| 摘 要： | 旅游文化是解决旅游产业与文化产业最佳结合和科学发展的关键点,也是旅游与文化结合的最佳切入点。加强桂林旅游文化建设研究,对推进桂林旅游文化建设,提升桂林旅游产业和文化产业核心竞争力,促进桂林旅游科学发展,具有战略性意义。桂林旅游文化建设必须“自觉”解决旅游本质、旅游与文化的关系等基本认识问题,高度重视桂林旅游文化的核心思想,严格遵循“尊重自然生态,尊重历史文脉;重视现代科技,重视环境美学;面向普通百姓,面向未来发展”的城市建设和产业发展理念。
