| Abstract: | The arrival of knowledge economy will have positive effcet on the development of real estate in the turn of century.After entering WTO,the housing industry will have a long term continuous development under the guidance of innovational strategy and the promotion of information technology.A multi functional,comprehensive and intellectual house will be made popular in the beginning of this century with the application of advanced scientific and technological production in real estate.And living in suburban district will come true with the development of economy. |
