| 摘 要： | 利益协调的制度不仅仅需要统揽全局的总体要求，更需要具体的体制机制设计。和谐社会理应建立通畅的利益表达机制、公平的利益分配机制、有效的利益约束机制、合理的利益补偿机制等一系列科学合理的具体制度来协调各方面的利益关系。

| Abstract: | The system of benefit coordination needs not only the general requirements covering whole situation,but also the material mechanism-designing.Harmonious society should be based on a series of scientific and rational systems including expressing benefit smoothly,allotting benefit fair,restricting benefit effectively and compensating benefit rationally etc,to coordinate benefit relations for different parts. |
