| 摘 要： | 罚金刑作为我国刑法规定的附加刑刑种之一,其适用空间随着经济的发展越来越大;从理论联系实践的角度出发,加以采用实证分析的方法,评析罚金刑立法规定的基础,探讨罚金刑的适用问题、罚金刑执行难的成因和对策以及罚金刑立法的完善等方面,如何科学构建我国刑罚体系以及在刑事司法实践中正确适用罚金刑,发挥罚金刑惩治犯罪的功效.
