| 摘 要： | 自20世纪70年代以后,日本政府为摆脱石油危机和财政赤字,消减财政支出,力图通过“规制缓和”,放宽政府对企业实行的多种限制,为增强企业的开放度,给民间经济主体以更多的自由选择权,使日本企业,特别是中小企业在竞争中增强了活力。

| Abstract: | Since 1970s,Japan adopted the policy of "Restriction Mitigate" in order to escape from oil crisis and eliminate financial expenditure.In order to improving opening degree of enterprises,this policy relaxed many restrictions to enterprises,gave more selection freedom to non-governmental organization and made enterprises,especially SMEs,more competitive. |
