| 摘 要： | 在中央提出要继续大规模培训干部、大幅度提高干部素质的新形势下,县区党校要想较好地发挥自身作用,必须努力做好以下三方面工作：一是深入贯彻落实《党校工作条例》,积极探索符合科学发展观要求的县区党校工作新思路;二是适应变化,与时俱进,努力实现县区党校工作转型;三是探索规律,把握机遇,全力推进县区党校培训工作创新。

| Abstract: | In order to do a good job in training cadres on a large scale and substantially improve cadres' quality,county and district party schools must thoroughly apply the Regulations for Party School Work,explore a new line of thought on improving party school work which meets the requirements of the scientific outlook on development,keep up with changes and the times to make party school work transform,and make efforts to promote innovation in county and district party schools' training work. |
