| Abstract: | Aim at invalid contract litigation the issue focus of the time limited efficacy,this text discussed to confirm contract invalid shouldn't be subjected to litigation time limited efficacy the reason of the restriction,and make a comment to the part contrary standpoint.Make up for loss,return original thing etc.to request how to apply litigation time limited efficacy after the contract is confirmed invalid,should carry on concrete analysis according to the different circumstance. |
