浅论并购重组企业的文化整合

摘    要:并购重组是企业实现快速扩张的战略选择;文化冲突是导致并购重组失败的致命诱因;企业文化的特质决定了并购重组双方文化冲突不可避免。企业并购重组要达到"1+1>2"效应,必须从文化的视角思考企业改制重组问题,积极做好文化整合工作。

Abstract:M & A is a strategic choice for an enterprise to achieve its rapid expansion.Cultural conflict is a fatal incentive that leads to the failure of M & A.The characteristics of corporate culture determine that cultural clash is inevitable.Corporate mergers and acquisitions.To achieve the"1 +1> 2" effect of M & A,cultural integration should be made to achieve corporate mergers and acquisitions.
