实用型教育:边疆贫困地区经济平稳跨越的保障 --云南省云县教育扶贫新模式研究

在边疆贫困地区,走教育扶贫之路毋庸置疑,但发展何种模式的教育才能相应地拉动经济的快速发展,这是贫困地区实施教育扶贫首先必须解决的问题.对云县而言,近年来教育事业取得较大的发展,但教育发展对经济发展的促进作用却不甚显著.显然,原有的教育模式短期内并不能拉动经济的快速发展,因此,云县欲走教育扶贫之路摆脱贫困,必须转换传统的教育扶贫观念,建立起一种能够拉动本地区经济快速发展的新的教育模式.针对云县的现状,实用型教育不失为一条行之有效之路.

Practical Education,the Guarantee of Steady Economic Progress in the Frontier Poverty Stricken Regions--A Study of the New Mode of Poverty Alleviation through Education in the County of Yun, Lincang Prefecture, Yunnan Province

In the frontier poverty stricken regions, poverty alleviation must be realized through education. In the past few years, though the county of Yun has made rapid progress in education, its economic development remains mediocre. Therefore, it is urgent to explore a reasonable mode for poverty alleviation through education. Traditional ideas must be renewed and apractical education mode must be established in favor of the local economic development.
