| 摘 要： | 把实现可持续发展作为一个重大的战略,这是我们党和政府走向21世纪作出的重大选择.在制约可持续发展的诸因素中,人口是可持续发展的关键.文章详尽阐述了人口在可持续发展中的地位和作用,并强调指出必须通过拉制人口数量、提高人口素质的办法,使人口与经济、资源、环境相协调,走可持续发展的道路.
