| 摘 要： | 近年来,由于受商品经济影响和社会价值观念的冲击,女性职务犯罪呈不断上升趋势,从犯罪经济学角度分析原因主要有制约制度本身的缺陷,“大贪”的示范效应,一些女性“预期损失”没有得到充分的补偿等。
