| Abstract: | Analysis the concept, study object, scope or course position of the public order theory and public order administrative theory, we found that, the public order theory is sub-course of the public security theory, it belongs to the science of law, the public order administrative theory is sub-course of the public order theory, they are a kind of subordinate relations. |
