| 摘 要： | 最密切联系原则是当代国际私法发展中出现的一种以实用主义的经验方法进行法律选择的学说.20世纪中叶特别是70年代以来已经引起国际私法学界的高度重视.这一原则对国际私法的立法和实践有着重要的影响.本文拟就最密切联系原则的历史沿革、具体运用、对传统法律选择方法的突破及追求目标、硬化处理等几个方面作初步的研究.
