| 摘 要： | 资本市场是国家实施宏观经济政策的重要依托,其宏观调控功能的发挥能够弥补财政货币政策的不足,有效地促进宏观经济目标的实现,应该把资本市场纳入宏观调控的视野,并适时启动资本市场的宏观调控功能。

We should bring the capital market into the vision of macro-regulation and timely start up its macro-regulatory function. |
