| 摘 要： | 生态文明建设是关系人民福祉，关乎民族未来的重要课题。党的“十八大”报告有关建设中国特色社会主义生态文明的论述．意义十分重大。芩文结合党的十八大报告和中共中央建设生态文明的其他方针政策，系统论述中国特色社会主义生态文明建设的理论体系，希望有益于中国特色社会主义建设事业。

| Abstract: | Ecological civilization is an important issue which related to the welfare of the people and national future. In the report of the 18th Congress of the C P C, the discourse on ecological civiliza- tion construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics is of great significance. In this paper, we systematically discusses the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and ecological civilization construction based on the report and other related guidelines and policies which will be beneficial to the cause of building of socialism with Chinese characteristics. |
