| 摘 要： | 实行依法治教,把教育管理和办学活动纳入法制化轨道,是深化教育改革,推动高校教育发展的一项重要内容,也是新时期教育工作者担负的重要历史使命。依法治校是依法治教的重要组成部分,是依法治国方略在教育领域的具体实施。当前,我国高校在依法治校过程中还存在一些不容忽视的问题。加强教育法制建设,推动依法治校,对促进大学现代化进程是非常必要的。

| Abstract: | Treat education according to law,manage education and run a school fit into legal system orbit is a important content to deepen educational reform and promotes of college eductaitional development, is also a important historical mission that educational worker bears.Treat school according to law is the improtant composition part of treat education according to law, is run the country according to law general plan in educational field. Currently, colleges of our country in treating school process according to law in still exist not overlook problem, reinforced educational legal system building, promote treat school according to law, promote university modern process to be very necessary. |
