| Abstract: | It displays the Chinese Communist Party＇s rational acquirement of governance laws that the Party always takes the improvement of people＇s livelihood as its historical duty. Focus on improving people＇s livelihood exhibits the Party＇s governance idea of seeking truth from facts, putting people first, and developing in a scientific way. This also shows that the Party＇ s governance capability has been greatly improved. |
